Our Timor Mountain ‘Natural’ is a natural process coffee where selected whole coffee cherries are dried in the sun on raised drying beds. During this drying process the coffee beans are encased inside the dried fruit of the coffee cherry imparting a unique fruity flavour.
Our ‘Natural’ coffee makes an exceptionally flavoursome filter coffee (eg french press) and a well rounded complex espresso style for the home espresso machine.

Espresso means "pressed out" in Italian.
This refers to the way espresso is made — forcing boiling water through pressed coffee grounds.
Although espresso has more caffeine per volume than coffee, it would take three shots to equal the amount in a regular cup of joe.
