Timorese Single Origin Arabica
Our single origin arabica is sourced from the high mountain coffee forests of Timor-Leste.
Under Timor’s spectacular Mount Ramelau, sheltered by cloud filled valleys, grows the world famous ‘Hibrido de Timor’ coffee variety.
Our unique variety was discovered by Portuguese Colonialists in 1927. Today, the Hibrido de Timor forms the foundation to international coffee breeding efforts.
It is the ‘Hibrido de Timor’ together with the mountain coffee forest ecosystems from which we harvest that give Timor Mountain its unique luxurious taste.
